1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, making an inquiry, or using the services of TeboJNdanji, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from engaging in business with us.

2. Products and Services

TeboJNdanji is a global supplier of scrap materials, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals, electronic scrap, plastic scrap, rubber scrap, and batteries. All products are sold as-is, based on agreed specifications and international scrap trade standards.

3. Quotations and Orders

  • All price quotations are valid for a limited time as indicated on the quotation.

  • Orders must be confirmed in writing (via email or signed contract).

  • Quantities, specifications, pricing, and delivery terms must be clearly stated and agreed upon by both parties before shipment.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be stated in the invoice or contract (e.g., TT, LC, or partial advance payments).

  • All bank charges related to international transfers are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Late payments may result in delivery delays or additional charges.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and subject to availability, logistics conditions, and customs clearance.

  • Risk transfers to the buyer upon dispatch or loading, depending on the agreed Incoterm (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW).

  • Any damage or delay caused by third-party transporters or customs authorities is not the responsibility of TeboJNdanji.

6. Product Inspection and Quality

  • Buyers may request pre-shipment inspection through an independent third party at their cost.

  • All scrap materials are supplied in accordance with internationally accepted grades and specifications unless otherwise agreed.

  • No returns or refunds are allowed once products are loaded and shipped unless agreed in writing.

7. Warranties and Liability

  • TeboJNdanji provides no warranties beyond what is explicitly stated in the sales contract.

  • The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

8. Force Majeure

TeboJNdanji shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruption, or government restrictions.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Cameroon, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled through mutual negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to arbitration or the courts in Douala, Cameroon.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, documentation, and product data shared by TeboJNdanji, is the intellectual property of the company and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

11. Amendments

TeboJNdanji reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued engagement will imply acceptance of the updated terms.
